A note from our CEO
I didn't set out to start a software company. I set out to fix a problem I was living with.
I volunteer on the board of a small HOA. Like every board member, I gave up evenings and weekends to keep our community running — chasing down dues, tracking maintenance requests, organizing meetings, and trying to keep neighbors informed. And I kept asking myself the same question: isn't there a tool that makes this volunteer work simpler?
Everything I found was either built for giant management companies, priced far beyond what a small HOA could justify, or so clunky it created more work than it saved. So I started building the thing I wished existed — something made for the volunteers who actually do this work.
What began as a passion project on nights and weekends has grown into the platform you see today. Stewardly is built on a simple belief: running an HOA shouldn't require sacrificing your personal time to spreadsheets and email chains. Good tools should give that time back.
I'm still on my board. I still use Stewardly every week. And I'm building it for people exactly like us.

Built for volunteers
HOA board members are unpaid volunteers. Every feature we ship is designed to reduce the burden on their time, not add to it.
Honest about what we are
We are an early-stage company. Our software works and we stand behind it, but we are also actively improving it based on real feedback from real boards.
Privacy by design
HOA data is sensitive — it involves people's homes, finances, and identities. We treat data protection as a core requirement, not an afterthought.
Where we are today
Stewardly is an early-stage product. It is live, it handles real HOA data, and it is actively used by communities. We are a small, focused team and we are improving the product continuously based on direct feedback from the boards who use it.
We do not yet have a 10-year track record. What we do have is clear pricing, functional software, an honest roadmap, and engineers who respond to support tickets personally. If something isn't working, we want to know — and we'll fix it.
