    Spending vs. budget on the dashboard

    See this year’s spending against an even pace through your budget — with a clear “over / under pace” amount — and how much of each budget line is used, with overspent lines flagged.

    Recent activity and community events on the dashboard

    The board dashboard now shows recent activity — payments, bills, documents, requests, violations, meetings, guest passes, completed tasks and more — and upcoming community events under “Coming up”.

    Guest passes

    Get a pass for visitors who park in the community, with or without a numbered guest space. If your board charges a daily fee, pay by card right from the pass.

    Guest pass rules

    Set an optional fee per day, the longest stay, guest days per home each month, and how many passes a home can hold at once. Fees go straight to your association’s account.

    Register your vehicles

    Add your cars under Parking → My Vehicles so they’re recognized during parking checks.

    Plate check

    Type a plate or snap a photo to see whether a car has a valid guest pass, belongs to a resident, or isn’t authorized. Log the check with its photo and open a parking violation in one tap.

    Bills matched to bank payments

    Each approved bill now shows the bank payment that likely paid it — same amount, near the due date, ideally naming the vendor. Confirm with “Mark paid & link”. Transactions show the bill they paid.

    The dashboard stops flagging a policy once it has been renewed.
