Adding and removing members
Keep your roster accurate as board members and residents come and go.
Your member list should mirror who actually lives in and governs your community. Stewardly makes it easy to add new members and remove ones who’ve moved out or rotated off the board, all from one place.
Add a member
- 1Open Members from the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Select “Invite member”, enter their name and email, and choose a role.
- 3Assign their unit if they’re a homeowner.
- 4Send the invite.
Remove a member
- 1Open Members and find the person in the list.
- 2Open their record and select “Remove”.
- 3Confirm. They immediately lose access, but their historical records (like past dues payments) are preserved for your books.
Tip · When a board member’s term ends, remove their board access promptly so only current officers can manage the community.
