Cancelling your subscription
How to cancel, what happens to your data, and how to export it first.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like — there are no long-term contracts. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then stops renewing.
Cancel your plan
- 1Open Billing from the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Open the billing portal and select “Cancel subscription”.
- 3Confirm. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to your data
You can export your association’s data at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need or to reactivate.
Tip · Export your members, dues history, and documents before the 30-day window closes if you might come back later.
