Stewardly offers three plans — Starter, Growth, and Pro — designed around the size and needs of your association. Every plan includes the core toolkit: members, units, tasks, meetings, announcements, and the resident portal. The plans differ mainly in the number of units you can manage and the higher-tier capabilities you unlock.
The three plans
Starter is built for smaller associations and supports up to 50 units — ideal for getting a self-managed board organized. Growth raises the unit limit and unlocks higher usage for mid-sized communities. Pro is for the largest associations and management companies, with the highest limits and full feature access.
You can bill monthly or annually. Annual billing is discounted — use the toggle on the Pricing page to compare the two.
No per-resident fees
You’re never charged per homeowner. Invite every resident in your community at no extra cost — only your plan tier matters. See the Pricing page for current limits and prices, which are always shown live.
