Upgrading or downgrading
Change plans as your association grows — or scales back — without losing any data.
You can change your plan at any time. Upgrading is instant and gives you access to higher limits right away. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for through the current period. Your data is never deleted when you change plans.
Change your plan
- 1Open Billing from the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Select “Change plan”.
- 3Pick the new tier and confirm. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at renewal.
Before you downgrade
Make sure your current usage fits within the lower plan’s limits — most importantly, the number of units. If you’re above a plan’s unit limit, you’ll be prompted to reduce units or choose a higher tier before the downgrade can complete.
Tip · Switching from monthly to annual billing is the easiest way to lower your cost without losing any features.
