How to create your HOA account
Set up your association on Stewardly in about 15 minutes — no technical knowledge required.
Creating your HOA account is the first step to running your association on Stewardly. The person who signs up becomes the first board administrator and can invite everyone else afterward. The whole process takes about 15 minutes and starts a free trial — no credit card required.
Create your account
- 1Go to the Stewardly homepage and select “Get Started”.
- 2Enter your name, work email, and a password. This email becomes your board-admin login.
- 3Confirm your email address using the verification code we send you.
- 4Enter your association’s name, address, and the approximate number of units (homes).
- 5You’ll land on your dashboard with a fresh, empty community ready to configure.
What to do next
With the account created, most boards set things up in this order: add your units, invite your fellow board members, then add homeowners. You don’t have to finish everything at once — you can return to any step from the dashboard.
